Missions and Outreach Programs
We believe that it is our Christian duty to extend a helping hand to the less fortunate in today's world. Almonte Presbyterian Church
has decided that it is more efficient to support only a few projects, than to spread our efforts over a large number of projects.

Project Rayjon
This project carries out relief and social work in depressed areas of Haiti. A member of our church, DieuDonne Batraville, is presently
working there and is able to give us first hand reports on the results of our support. "Click" on the images to see the bigger picture.
Project Malawi
For about 10 years David and Miriam Barrie of Kincardine Ontario, have been working in Malawi during the winter months. The Presbyterian
Church of Central Africa has established an agricultural training school where students are taught how to grow new crops and adopt
new techniques for supporting themselves. From one successful school, they are now starting another at the suggestion of the President.
Almonte Presbyterian Church, along with many other Presbyterian churches in Canada continues to support this work in Malawi. "Click"
