Area Attractions
The village of Warkworth (population 800) is situated in a
valley in the picturesque Nothumberland hills. It is home to some
of the best dairy farms in Ontario and the award-winning Sandy
Flat Sugar Bush. The locally produced cheese and honey is also
well known.
Visitors can explore the neighbouring villages, or go further
afield to Belleville, Cobourg or Peterborough for shopping
opportunities.
